Lotto originally from Philly was known at 17 to have inked a deal with Ruff Ryders Ent. When things didn't go according to plan Lotto moved out to Los Angeles, Ca and embarked on a new endeavor with producer and business partner G-Symphony that they call Bigger Picture Entertainment. You can call it a music/video/movie entertainment company and here's a dope visual of whats to come.
