Raymond Diaz, better known by Sarom, was born and raised in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sarom has found success in many genres of music such as Hip Hop, Rap, Pop, R&B, Reggae and even Rock. Sarom has “Stylistic Skills” for Sound, Incredible Musical Imagination and “Perfect” Production Presentation Inspired by the streets of Philadelphia. His wide range of creativity is influenced by his personal reflection of life signifying the base behind the beats from the type of mood he is in. Sarom’s laid back personality and diverse musical background, combined with his drive and determination has finally led him to success after he has been grinding in the music game since 1999. His talent as a Record Producer was discovered in 2006 by music producer, Steve Morales of ICON MUSIC GROUP; in fact once Mr. Morales had the opportunity to witness Sarom’s work in the making, he then offered to sign Sarom to a Production deal. With a powerful production company backing Sarom, he took his production skills to the next level and exposed his sound to the Hip Hop community with his first mainstream single,"Diamonds" by Fabolous Ft. Young Jeezy off the "Nothing to Something" album. His second mainstream single, "Pop Bottles" by Birdman Ft. Lil Wayne off the "5 Star Stunna" album went platinum! From there the road to success, became an easy situation for Sarom to start making tracks for well known and legendary Artists. Sarom was not only nominated, but won two times the Award for “Producer of the Year” at the 2008 & 2009 Philadelphia Hip Hop Awards. This recognition for his talent was only the beginning of many more to come. If you are looking for a unique sound, head-banging, body shaking, blood pumping, well produced beats, Sarom is just the Producer you need to link up with and combine your lyrical skill with. Sarom believes that both the lyrics and production are equally important and that within itself gives him a greater outlook on how to format a successful track. Now given the opportunity to broadcast his creative sound to the Hip Hop world, Sarom is on the rise and in search for new heights. Ultimately getting the best record out of any Artist he is producing for.
