Mista Wish was born on the westside of Chicago, in the summer of 1986. Mista Wish was initially known as "Lil Wish", however as he transitioned from a child to an adult, his persona demanded respect, and now as he dropped the "Lil", so does his name.He is beyond a rapper/songwriter/producer, but an entertainer as well, who has been in the game for over ten years to date.

Mista Wish - "Stretch Out"
At the tender age of 24, you may remember him from the 2006 juke classic "Pop, Drop", that has had teens "juking" from Chicago all the way down to Tuscaloosa. He has an incredible following that would allow him to see golden success in the city of Chicago alone, during the days of low record sales; based off of his name , personality, and most of all his stage presence. His performances are that of a young Busta Rhymes, Twista, mixed with Diddy.He is the crown holder of the Chicago Music Award of 2004 for "Best Entertainer of the Year" and "Best Teen Performer of the Year". He still hold that title today with his newer and much more mature approach. Wish has opened up for everyone from rapper 50 Cent to rapper Too Short.
