Hollywood RIC - "Quality Time"
After Migrating to the U.S in 1992, Hollywood RIC immediately became captivated by the vibrant Hip Hop scene New York had to offer. Through street battles and rap ciphers, he was quicklydubbed "Hollywood RIC” because his lyrics, charm, and natural New York cockiness seem to keep him
at the center of attention.
Hollywood RIC released his first EP Really into Cash in 2004, which gained local buzz and led to numerous local showcase performances that eventually landed him a feature on Nike’s soccer documentary for the 2006 World Cup soundtrack with the song "Win or lose". With his witty word play, street conscious lyrics, multiple flows and charisma, Hollywood RIC appeared onMTV2 “SuckaFreestyle” in 2008 and repeatedly highlighted on MTV2.com.
Recently Hollywood RIC opened up for XXL Rookie of the Year 2011 "Fred da Godson" and has worked with multi platinum producer Shatek and Canadian production team Goldentone. With the upcoming release of his album Hustle N Pain, Hollywood RIC and his team CashCliQ are ready to take back what is rightfully the East Coast, the crown of Hip Hop.
