Chicago’s fast rising hip-hop artist, Spud Cotton, who recently signed with a Los Angles PR Company, Make Moves Publicity, is set to release his fourth highly anticipated mixtape, "Pay Attention" hosted by DJ Audio Kush on Monday, Nov. 12.
