With a Halloween release in 2009, this was probably one of the most important projects in hip-hop history. Following the freestyling over other people's beats concept that Wayne made special, there was truly no limit to how skillful he was back then. He literally says, "I would love for you to look up into the building and understand that there is no ceilings." Wayne took the metaphor, pause, punchline flow to levels most rappers couldn't fathom and the fans loved it. This was a free release and because of that, it crashed the servers over at DatPiff and became one of the most downloaded mixtapes of all time. He took songs like "Swag Surf", "Banned From T.V." and "Run This Town" and turned them into monster freestyles making the original songs seem like something of the past.
